HRM VISAS

Rental Terms & Guidelines

Renters must be at least 21 years old. Some vehicle types may require a minimum age of 25.

A valid driver’s license (in English or with an International Driving Permit) is accepted in most European countries. Check local requirements for specific destinations.

A refundable deposit of €1,000–€2,000 is required at the time of vehicle pick-up, payable by credit card only.

Vehicles are supplied with a full tank and must be returned full. A refueling charge will apply if the tank is not full upon return.

We recommend booking at least 3 days in advance. During high-demand periods, earlier booking is strongly encouraged to ensure availability.

Vehicles can be collected and returned at designated locations across major European cities. Details will be confirmed during booking.

One-way travel is available between select cities for an additional fee, subject to availability.

A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to pick-up. Partial refunds apply for shorter notice.

24/7 emergency roadside support is included for the duration of your rental throughout Europe.
